Zimmerman earns 50th career win

Wednesday night (12/6) the wrestling team traveled to Hempfield to take on the Black Knights. Heading into the contest the Mounts knew they had a tall task in front of them due to the fact that they are still missing 3 starters. Not to let this hold them down they gave a gallant effort coming up short 44-27. The Becker twins, Jared and Jordan, continued the hot start improving the records to 4-0 by picking up falls at 130 and 189 respectively. Also garnering victories for the Mounts were Joel Yoder, with a fall at 171, and Zach Zimmerman, with a decision at 215. James Zimmerman earned his 50th career victory by way of forfeit at 285. The wrestlers continue their season on Friday and Saturday as they travel to Solanco for the Mule Classic.
