District seeds released in Track and Field

The District 3 commission has released the track and field seeds for this weekends tournament held at Shippensburg University. The Lady Mounts send 13 girls in 9 events to Districts, while the boys team has 6 members competering in 6 events. For the lady Mounts seeded 8th is the 4x800 team of Brynn Lyons, Samantha Fink, Dana Haas, and Alicia Harbold.Lyons is also seeded 9th in the Javelin, and 13th in the long jump.
Freshman Gabby Gehr is seeded 10th in the long jump. Seeded 12th, in the 110 meter hurdles for the lady Mounts is Tayler Fletcher. Emily Albright is seeded 18th in the 110 hurdle event as well.
The 4x400 relay team of consisting of Allison Hunt, Brynn Lyons, Shannon Ream and Devon Bauder comes in with a 13th seed.
The 4x100 relay team of Deb Morrison, Tayler Fletcher, Caiti Strausser, Gabby Gehr and Allison Hunt is seeded 14th.
Katie Ream has earned the 24th seed in the 300 hurdles.
On the boys side, Devon Williams has the Mounts highest seed, in the Discus, where Williams is seeded 15th.
The Mounts have two 16 seeds, Alex Bippus in the 300 Hurdles and the 4x100 relay team of Jeremy Yoder, Bippus, Jordan Yarbrough and C.J. Wilson.
Bippus is also seeded 18th in the 110 hurdles.
Blake Crowther is also in the 400 meter race, and carries the 18th seed.
Rounding things out for the Mounts is C.J. Wilson who is seeded 19th in the high jump.
